Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use our website, contact us or purchase products from Cover Me Sheets.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of covermesheets.com.au and to products supplied by Cover Me Sheets. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

01

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes, including learning about our products, contacting us and placing an order where ordering is available.

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • attempt to interfere with the website or its security;
  • introduce malicious software or harmful material;
  • copy or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
  • provide information that is false, misleading or belongs to another person without authority.
02

Product Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, uses and other information are accurate and current. However, colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Where products are made using textiles or flexible materials, minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions or appearance may occur. These variations do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product photographs may show example packaging and props. A 5-pack image does not change the quantity you select: your order contains the selected size and number of covers. Furniture and other demonstration props are not included. Packaging may differ from an example image, but this does not permit a material change to the advertised product or limit your rights if goods do not match their description.

03

Orders

Check the selected size, pack quantity, number of packs, contact details and delivery address before submitting an order. The pack quantity is the number of covers in each pack; the cart quantity is the number of packs ordered.

When you submit an online order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these terms. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, receive the required payment or begin preparing it for supply, whichever happens first. An automated acknowledgement alone does not mean acceptance unless one of those events has occurred.

Before accepting an order, we may contact you to resolve incorrect details, a genuine listing error, unavailable stock or a payment issue. We will not substitute products, increase an agreed price or materially change an accepted order without your agreement. If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you promptly to explain the issue and arrange an agreed alternative or the applicable refund. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

If we cancel an entire paid order because we cannot supply it, we will refund the full amount paid, including delivery. For a partial cancellation, we will refund the affected goods and any delivery amount no longer applicable. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will check whether it can still be changed or stopped before dispatch. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or refund rights.

You may check out as a guest or create an optional customer account. Keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for providing accurate account and order information.

04

Pricing & Payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Displayed consumer product prices include any applicable taxes. Delivery is additional unless expressly included and is shown at checkout before payment. Review the complete order total before submitting payment. For a separately quoted order, the total and delivery charge will be confirmed before you accept the quotation.

PayPal is available at checkout. Any additional payment methods are available only if displayed at checkout. PayPal processes payments under its applicable terms; using PayPal does not replace or limit your rights against Cover Me Sheets under Australian Consumer Law.

Payment is required before dispatch unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed. A payment confirmation is not a dispatch notification. Any refund processing time may also depend on the payment provider and your bank.

We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors for future orders. If an error affects an order that has not been accepted, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed at the corrected price or withdraw the order. We will not impose a higher price on an accepted order without your agreement.

05

Product Availability

Products and pack options are subject to availability. Any pre-order or backorder arrangement, including the expected dispatch timing, will be disclosed before purchase. A product image or example packaging does not, by itself, indicate that stock is ready for immediate dispatch.

If stock becomes unavailable or we learn of a material delay after purchase, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. We will discuss any acceptable revised timeframe or alternative and provide a refund where we cannot supply the order or you are otherwise entitled to one.

06

Delivery

Our online checkout currently accepts delivery addresses within Australia. Delivery options and charges shown at checkout depend on the destination and order. Contact us before ordering if checkout does not offer a suitable delivery option.

Dispatch timing and estimated carrier transit times will be stated with the product, at checkout or in an agreed quotation. Transit estimates are not a guarantee of arrival on a particular day unless we expressly agree to that service. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you. Estimated dates do not remove your rights where goods are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time.

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and any information reasonably needed for delivery. If incorrect information or a requested redelivery results in an additional reasonable charge, we will explain the charge and seek your agreement. You will not be charged for redelivery caused by our error or the delivery provider's error.

Contact us if a delivery is missing, incorrect or damaged. We will assist with the delivery provider and resolve the matter in accordance with your rights. Please inspect goods and report issues as soon as reasonably possible; this is not a fixed deadline for exercising consumer rights.

07

Returns & Consumer Rights

Our products come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem that can be fixed, we may provide a free repair within a reasonable time. Other remedies may apply if the problem is not resolved within a reasonable time. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure to meet a consumer guarantee.

Consumer rights apply to sale items as well as full-price items. Original packaging is not required for a consumer-guarantee claim, and a product being opened or used does not by itself remove those rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact info@covermesheets.com.au with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem. Photographs can help where practical. We may reasonably assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy. Please contact us for return arrangements so we can provide the correct return address.

If a product is confirmed to have a problem covered by consumer guarantees, we will reimburse reasonable return postage or transport costs you have paid. Keep your receipts. Where goods cannot reasonably be posted or transported by you because of their size or weight, we will arrange collection as required by law.

Change of mind

A change of mind alone does not create a statutory entitlement to a refund or exchange. Contact us before sending back a change-of-mind return to ask whether we can offer a voluntary return. Any conditions or return costs will be agreed with you beforehand. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Australian Consumer LawNothing in these terms, a return procedure or a voluntary warranty excludes or limits a consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
08

Product Use & Care

Cover Me Sheets products are intended as practical reusable covers for appropriate moving, storage, furniture protection, renovation, event and household applications.

Unless a product is expressly described as waterproof, fire-resistant, impact-resistant or suitable for permanent outdoor use, you must not assume that it provides those forms of protection.

You are responsible for:

  • selecting a suitable cover size and product for the intended use;
  • following supplied care and cleaning instructions;
  • ensuring covers are clean and dry before storage;
  • keeping covers away from flames, extreme heat and unsafe machinery; and
  • using appropriate padding or professional moving equipment where impact protection is required.
09

Commercial Orders

Commercial pricing, bulk quantities, repeat supply and special arrangements may be subject to a separate written quotation or agreement.

If a written commercial quotation or agreement conflicts with these general terms, the specific written commercial terms will apply to the extent of that conflict, subject to any consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

A commercial quotation remains valid for the period stated in the quotation and is subject to product availability.

10

Liability

Consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded apply despite anything else in these terms. This includes any right to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure to meet a consumer guarantee.

We are not responsible to the extent that a loss is caused by misuse, failure to follow reasonable supplied care instructions or an unauthorised modification, rather than by a defect, our conduct or a failure to meet an applicable guarantee. This does not exclude responsibility for our own fault or remove rights relating to a purpose you made known to us and reasonably relied on us to advise about.

11

Intellectual Property

The Cover Me Sheets name, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and other original website content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print website material for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without written permission.

12

Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be collected and used to respond to enquiries, manage accounts, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide support and operate the website.

Please read our Privacy Policy for further information.

13

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our products, website, business practices or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued under an accepted order or applicable law.

14

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
